I had a really hard time drawing her shoulders, so I cropped it. If you feel like the image is a bit awkward that's probably why... I was more so testing out some brushes I downloaded and playing with colours

100+ pings to servers while in lobby

i have constantly 100+ pings to all servers while im in the lobby, but once im ingame, they lower to 20. It has been like that since a few days and while it isnt really affecting anything, it still annoyes me so is there a reason for this?...
