I have been playing a lot of Sage recently and I love the way she handles her abilities so I decided to draw her in a more dynamic pose than the usual.

How are you meant to rank up?
The game gives -30 for loss and +20 for win?
Can't really understand the system as if it has placed me lower than my displayed mmr, then surely 'above' average performances would give extra mmr to counteract the hidden mmr?
