I deranked to bronze, after being hardstuck silver 1 for months, I wanted to just get out of there, so I decided and BAM, it happened my couple tips that I really used:

1. Don't listen to your teammates
2. Bait ALOT
3. Mute your mic at the beginning of each round
4. Pick random agents, its good to learn new agents and the only way to get better is play them while you don't know what your doing
5. Go for risky plays with the bomb, sometimes it will work and you'll get a plant down BEFORE dying

So yeah, that's how I escaped silver, simple!
