Hey guys,

I play Valorant for about a year now and was just playing yesterday.When I then logged in today, I got a prompt saying that my account was permanently banned.Because of "third-party software usage", now obviously I didn't cheat or used any third-party software, otherwise I wouldn't be wondering now why it happened. I also didn't download any kind of software in the past week or so. I have no idea what happened and why.

Now I was wondering if anyone of you recently had the same problem and got it resolved?

And I am honestly so, so sad, we play in a group of friends almost every other night, and now I got kicked for no reason??
