I got to Radiant for the first time or atleast I thought so

So today, like 5 hours ago I got place 496 on Radiant ladder and that was my first time being Radiant.

The only problem is that I didn't get a "Radiant" win on my act rank nor got the epic promotion. During my promotion Radiant rank up was like 499 points and I got myself up to 501 points which got me in the position in the ladder but my act rank didn't update. Now the act rank was updated and I'm rank 502 with no radiant win on my act rank.

I feel a bit scammed right now since this is considered the most epic promotion of the game.

Can Riot help me with this? Or should I grind more to really achieve radiant lol
