I haven't played in 6 months, what changes should I be aware of?

I'm posting this because i'm on my first game and movement feels really off, did they change anything?

Takes forever to accelerate, strafing feels slow

Which country would you like the next agent to be from?

I think a greek or argentine agent could be really cool. Riot is doing a great job creating agents with unique personalites that portrait their countries in a great way, not steriotypical. (I dunno about KJ tho) https://preview.redd.it/7xo...

New players facing immortals in unrated

Is it normal for new accounts (~lvl 5) to play against last season Immortal? He had an immortal gun buddy for season 3, dropped over 40 kills. I’d say it was definitely not a purchased account.
