With KAY/O's ultimate, one of the buffs you get is the Combat Stim. Do you think that buff will stack with Brim's stim?
The combat stim buff increases fire rate and reload speed by 15%...
So 15 + 15 = 30%
The Vandal's fire rate is 9.75 rnds/sec

if you wanna be funny, do it in unranked. not all of us are good at the game or put enough time into the game to be good, so we just chill in low elo for most of the act.
it’s genuinely just a waste of time when half my team is in a party...
