I have been stuck in plat3 for quite some time, my peak was ascendant 1, i usually play well enough but lose almost everything(20 kills around) but today i think i played absolutely garbage but still managed to win cause my team was good so do i deserve these wins?

How to improve aim?
I hit D1 but I feel like my aim is getting worse and worse. I can hit shots and flicks, but I choke often and miss very easy shots. I'm just here to wonder what higher level players do to maintain and improve aim.
