If ive never played a ranked game of valorant, should i do my placement games/start grinding now, or am i better off playing normals till next season and then start playing ranked? Or maybe it doesnt matter at all?

I have been playing around 15 games now and at least 10 of them have been against Gold/plat/unraked players and I just cant keep up. I should not be up against these high ranked folks. Am I doing something wrong that puts me on these game...
