I have played for a year now and have about 350 hours on valorant. I still cant seem to improve tho. For about 3 months now I have been stuck in bronze 3. I have tried various warmups and aim training routines but they dont work either. What should I do?

This game needs vote-kick system.
As the title suggests valorant in dire need of vote-kick system.
Some griefers is intentionally staying afk and moves once in a while, watches you lose rounds after rounds. You cant do anything about it. There was a guy in one of my games...
