I haven't had this my whole life and I only really started to notice it around 2-2.5 years ago. It's this issue where when I am shooting at an enemy in game whether that be Valorant, CS:GO, Apex, Overwatch, etc. I will start to shake to the point where it makes it hard to aim. I feel that it's more a mental thing because, let's say I was in a bot range testing my flicks or spray down/spray transfers, without issue I can execute them but as soon as I'm in the game and engage in a fight I start shaking. I try to stay calm, hydrate, exercise and even mellow down and not take the game seriously but I still find myself shaking. I've tried binding my shooting button to another key and I can play games like OSU without shaking much so I'm really not sure what much more there is for me to do. Do you guys have this issue, and if so can you recommend anything for me to try?
