Never warming up before playing comp. Whiffed 90% of my shots. Flubbed my counterstrafe 69% of the time. Mute and blame my toxic teammates for me only having 2 frags. Trusting the other shitters to actually trade me. Getting advice on reddit.

Why are my flashes always shorter than enemy's?
When they flash me it feels like some good 4-5 sec, but when I do i get insta-killed as if they weren't flashed, or they are flashed for like 2 sec I don't know what am I doing wrong

Small possible change to Phoenix
When Phoenix dies with shield in his ult, it gets rid of the armor and spawns him with 100 hp. Would spawning him again with the same amount of shield when he first ulted be a good change? Not sure if this has been posted yet
