So recently, I had the idea of something called "Endorsing". Endorsing would something you could do after a game of Unrated or Competitive (in the game summary or game scoreboard) which would allow you to pretty much tell Valorant that [insert person] was a good player. Upon clicking the Endorse button, it would ask you what exactly this player did to deserve this Endorsement (whether that be good sportsmanship, teamwork, etc.)
What exactly would endorsing a player do? Well, I think there are many possibilities. One I had in mind is increasing the player's RR from Ranked games (not permanantly and probably wouldn't be that much, just 2 or 3 points and wouldn't stack, it would also require a couple endorsements not just one). There would be ways to stop this from being abused (Friends' endorsements count for less, you can't endorse someone twice, endorsement limits). There are a lot of other possibilities, this after all is just a concept.
