We were winning 9-4 and our jett suddenly dipped, then we went from 9-4 to 12-14 i got to pissed i lost 17 RR all because of a teammate leaving, i was exactly 2 points to bronze 3, and i was also playing really well healing walling good spots and slow orbs all great, but we lost all due yo not having a teammate in our team, i personally think they should decrease the amount of RR you lose when a team mate leaves.
