For me its cypher. The sheer confidence of how he says it just makes it go hard af. Also the fact that he loses his hat his an added bonus. Guy just knows exacly where you are.

I know this might sound dumb but I feel like vandal has more skins or great skins than phantom or I just see most people play with vandal I dunno What's your opinions?
