At the start we thought he might be boosted so he is there in silver lobby but he was actually Immortal and thrashed the bronze-silvers for obvious reasons and 3 guys in our team did alt+f4. GG Riot!

The cypher "Buff" is actually a nerf
The new yellow shit you see through walls is so much harder to see, you actually have to look for it to see.
I have been playing cypher since launch and even I cant see when somebody is marked through walls.
