Some guy in my game said the n word after i killed him, and literally like 3 mins after the game ended i got notified that a ban occurred

How are these stats possible?
Just noticed this, I can't find a logical reason for it. I have 2 accounts, both have the same thing.

What is everyone's take on DM right now?
Personally I find it irritating. I find the player base to play simply for KD a lot of the times and not to run and take duels as much as possible (i.e. holding spawn angles or waiting for footsteps...
