Just started Valorant a few days and I realise the crosshair placement is quite different from CSGO though I hardly play CS anymore. My crosshair placement is often a bit too far or too close from the correct placement and just wtk is there any ways or advices I can improve from this?

Additionally, my Strafe shooting is pretty bad too, is there any good videos to recommend and/or ways I can improve this?
