Losing a game 15-13 after fighting hard to first get to overtime and then going 13-13 thinking we could draw feels really bad. It felt like we earned the draw only to get slapped in the face and lose immediately after. It feels like an oversight but maybe I'm wrong, has this been addressed before?

Why do people surrender random games?
Played a game today where the score was 3-3 and we lost a round, and immediately our top fragger started a surrender vote. Aside from me voting no, everyone else agreed and we ended up surrendering.
