In the new Yoru Buff video, there are 2 TP's and it's not recharging.

Does this mean that you will only be given 2 TP's with the possibility that you will need to buy the other one? What do you guys think? Personally, I'm kinda worried. Here's the link for the pic: https://imgur.com/a/BpyIz4f

What's the most toxic elo?

I was in bronze, now gold, and I feel like the higher I go the worse kinda people I meet. The last 5 comp games I've had someone either being blatantly racist/homophobic, hot micing, flaming the other team or just being unnecessarily edgy....
