In response to "Stop Watching Pro Guides" - Pro Guides YT Manager

Hey guys, I'm royalG, the channel manager for the ProGuides Valorant Youtube channel. I'm a Radiant player who peaked at ~640 RR and has had years of experience playing competitively in CS:GO. I coach players regularly, and I write or edit every single guide that comes out.

Feel free to check my tracker, royalG#csgo, or confirm that it's me on twitch.

I know in the past there has been controversy over the quality of content (subi's video in response to one of our guides), but I want to first say that the management has changed over a year ago and the team is very different from before. Scriptwriters for guides are all Immortal +, and I also dedicate a lot of time to making sure tips are the exact things I would recommend to students.
Some guides are designed with lower ranks in mind, while others are made more advanced or include insights that are much harder for lower ranks to grasp. But at the end of the day, we focus on building solid fundamentals because from my personal experience as a player, players who lack fundamentals will always struggle to break past their limits.

Of course, I'm by no means perfect and there are definitely better players creating guides like Nats or Boaster or other professional players. I would love feedback on what exact tips people disagree on, as I would be more than happy to have a discussion. But it really hurts that people kind of give a blanket statement saying that our guides are "low rank" and incorrect when I as a player would stand behind everything released in our guides.
I feel like I've experienced this sort of negative perspective ever since I've joined as a manager, and despite trying to alleviate this stigma over the year that I've been here, I genuinely am at a loss and would like to know what I can do to help improve the quality of our guides as well as end this idea that Proguides is only for beginners, or that it just gives bad information.
To anyone who reads this, thanks for taking the time to read this, and I'd appreciate it greatly to know what you guys think.
