Me and my buddy have been doing a good bit of gaming over the holidays while we are off work for a bit. Lately, though, there have been a lot of people instalockikg, the game starts and they will say "btw I'm throwing to derank, sorry guys". And proceed to run it down and feed round after round.
I literally have not seen anyone do that until recently, are people just trying to tank their rating before Episode 2 starts?

Updated ranks actually bad?
In theory, adding this new rank should be completely beneficial to high ranks, specifically making imm+ more of a prestigious place to be where only true grinders and decent players get to.
