1st ability is called Sneaky : It reduces the range of which your steps can be heard for ? seconds (by half maybe) 2 charges

2nd ability is called Camouflage : It makes you invisible to camera/turret/drone for ? seconds, (does not work for cypher's ultimate)

Signature ability is called Steal : You can steal certain abilities from the enemies, making theirs disappear and becoming your own(does not work for ultimates). For example if a Raze throws grenade you can use your ability and steal it, her grenade disappears and you can use it, also if you kill 2 enemies you can use another grenade, just like Raze. Example #2, if you steal Reyna's Leer hers disappear and you have 2 to use. Example #3, if you steal Omen's smoke you have 2 to use and they RECHARGE as they do on Omen, meanwhile the smoke you stole disappears.

Could be done with Sage's Barrier Orb and Slow Orb. Brimstone's Sky smoke and Incendiary. Jett's Cloudburst. All of Phoenix's abilities. All of Sova's abilities. All of Viper's abilities ( for her reusable ones you could have refill on the poison too, he must also become immune to losing HP in his own poison). All of Killjoy's abilities. Omen's Dark Cover and Paranoia. All of Raze's abilities. All of Cypher's abilities. All of Breach's abilities. Skye's Trailblazer and Guiding Light. Reyna's Leer.

Ultimate ability Distract : Bandit creates a copy of herself on any part of the map (like Omen) which makes steps, she can give it direction to walk in while casting the ult and it reveals enemies that shoot/kill it (50hp ? ). The ult lasts 5(?) seconds? If too OP the copy could have something different than the original, but might kill the purpose.

Passive ability: Bandit can see and hear traps from longer distance than others(not thru walls) and she can see dropped weapons/spike thru walls (half of the range on her steps maybe?)
