Insane frame rate drops after update.

Has anyone else having this issue even after having a fairly decent PC? I have a 1660, used to be getting around +200 FPS and stable at 144. Now it can't even be stable at 144. Dips down to 90. Yet have to clean my PC this month so, dust and bad ventilation could be an issue for me...

Friends who don't have that good of a pc have it worse. They used to be able to be stable at 100 now they drop all the way down to 50/30.

Edit : Got good internet as well but my ping still spikes up a lot. Also game has been stuttering at unfavorable moments always...

Tip: You can hold the button for Viper's wall and orb to recall it during custom games. Also, you can see where your orb lands in the minimap! (BOTH WITH CHEATS ON)

I just recently learned this and its actually pretty cool. This is especially helpful when you practice your lineups in custom. Happy learning! Also, if you have any other similar tips during custom games, share your wisdom!
