I already have tried crosshair placement and all of that things but my headshot percentage is still 9% any tips of how to improve?

If so, how do you normally deal with that? I’m 4 weeks into the game and I felt that I made great progress especially when it comes to aim but today was just frustrating. Even small flicks or micro corrections I messed almost every time up...
