It spikes from 19 all the way up to 90/100 ALL the goddamn time.
Im lucky if theres a single round, where it didn't spike up twice.
Anyone else experiencing this? 2 Years of gaming on this connection/pc and this NEVER happened to me in ANY other game EVER.
