Hi, I'm an iron 1 but I can't make it past iron 2. I'm quite new to Val. I main Omen. Ppl have told me to not spray so I burst fire. My stats are rlly bad and stuff. Please give me some advice

Why are my flashes always shorter than enemy's?
When they flash me it feels like some good 4-5 sec, but when I do i get insta-killed as if they weren't flashed, or they are flashed for like 2 sec I don't know what am I doing wrong

Just played a ranked game where my team mate sabotaged for the whole game
Best thing is i cant even quit because of this games stupid rules. I have to sit for 40 minutes while one of my team members sits in spawn with the spike calling out our positions to the other team over game chat. And he turns down forfeit...
