Is there a casual mode in valorant?

I had thought that unrated was the unranked gamemode for valorant. However, when I played it, it seemed like people were playing as if it was ranked. Is unrated a casual gamemode or are people just naturally mean?

Are valorant servers down?

I was in a game and everyone randomly got botted off the game, are the servers down, i cant get back on EDIT: everything is fine now, you just have to wait in a 2minute queue EDIT 2: Thank you guys for my highest upvoted post🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
