I had thought that unrated was the unranked gamemode for valorant. However, when I played it, it seemed like people were playing as if it was ranked. Is unrated a casual gamemode or are people just naturally mean?

When is EU back up?
Riot claimed it would be going down at 2000 PDT - 0500 CET. It went down at the right time and they estimated it to take 1 hour.
Now it's a whole hour and 55 mins later and it's still not live.
C'mon Riot, hold to your posted times.
