I had thought that unrated was the unranked gamemode for valorant. However, when I played it, it seemed like people were playing as if it was ranked. Is unrated a casual gamemode or are people just naturally mean?

Why don't you get banned for leaving comp games?
My friend, who I barely play with anymore cause of this, always leaves his comp games. He leaves every time he gets tilted, or a teammate of ours gets mad at him. I haven't been playing with him, but he still does it when we're on discord....
