I was just playing Deathmatch and was getting a lot of first shot running head shots with my Vandal. I noticed after each time I had still taken a bit of damage. Perhaps the key was they hit me first with a body shot -- slowing me down to 20% speed where my shots are now accurate. Thus, even though it seemed like a running head shot, it technically wasn't.

There should be an option to privatise your match history.
Not only would this be useful for the anxious players in the community, pro players have complained that match visibility in the career tab is revealing too much information about scrims (see: Hiko's patch 1.11 video).
