I was just playing Deathmatch and was getting a lot of first shot running head shots with my Vandal. I noticed after each time I had still taken a bit of damage. Perhaps the key was they hit me first with a body shot -- slowing me down to 20% speed where my shots are now accurate. Thus, even though it seemed like a running head shot, it technically wasn't.

Sometimes, when ulted, KAY/O flashes look like standard flashbangs (CSGO, CoD, etc.) Pretty cool design decision!
