If I’m struggling in low elo, should I just quit?

So I have about 150 hours on the game, I’ve never been a really good aimer or a duelist player. I’ve been bronze 2-3 for a very long time and, instead of relying on aim and mechanics, I usually use utility, tactics and communication to win my games. I did start aim training and I’ve improved quite a bit, but it’s not like I’ll ever carry a game. Not too long ago I played a game against some silver players and it felt completely hopeless. For the first time I really realized that even if I were to climb out of bronze, I’d just redo the process in silver. This begs my question; I’ve watched pro players, watched guides and worked on my fundamentals and tried everyday. But it feels like regardless I’m still going to lose. Often times if I ask a community they’ll just say that bronze/silver is terrible and I should easily rank up. But I haven’t, so….. should I just quit? If somebody were to spend 150 hours on the game they’d likely place gold or platinum, is it just too late for me and I should cut my losses?

For anyone wondering: I’m a sentinel player, I play them all except for chamber.

Edit: Thank you everybody for your input I was not expecting this post to get so much circulation. I really appreciate the opinions and I was able to learn quite a lot from this! I may be unable to respond to every comment but either way I appreciate it. :)
