Hey there, I'm new to the game and have been wanting the RGX Butterfly Knife for the past few weeks.
I know it came out recently, but is there a certain amount of time before it's in the daily store rotation? Do I have to wait a couple of episodes or is there a chance to get it straight away?

Why can't i play competitive?
For some reason I've gotten a timer for over 119 hours to be able to play competitive. I've never played it. I can play unranked just fine. Why is that?
