So, as an example... the new Cyrostasis set. 4 guns, 1 melee. Custom sounds, models, kill banner and finisher, and an interesting frost effect when not fired.
7100 VP
To get 7100 VP, I need to buy:
5350 VP ($69.99 Canadian) + 2050 VP ($27.99 Canadian) = $97.98
I live in Ontario, taxation is 13%
So to buy this bundle I need to spend $110.70 Canadian.
The skins are nice, but the enjoyment I will get from them does not justify spending a whopping $110.70 on them.
$110.70 is 2 AAA on release day games, bought at full price.
$110.70 is Deep Rock Galactic for you and two friends, one of the best modern videogames, with Ghost ship games being exactly what everyone wants from a developer.
$110.70 is the Valve Complete Pack without the super discount event, and some to spare for another game
$110.70 is the main Fallout series (1,2,3, NV, 4) at full price
So is the proper skinlines sold in the shop exclusively targeting Whale players, who will shell out even at these pricetags?
Is the plan to leverage "useless" price points, so that people see the Battlepass as a good offering by comparason? If thats the case, why keep releasing more of these skin lines?

(Solo queuing) We were losing 0-4, two teammates tried to forfeit and then left. In the next game, we were losing 0-10, nobody forfeited, and we won 13-11. Don't be an a-hole. Don't give up and rob yourself of an AMAZING game you will actually remember.
