I've been grinding a lot of competitive lately with Viper and I've found the technique 'Swoop Peaking'. Many call it an exploit and many call it a feature. Would this be bannable?

Bad game experience
So today me and my friends were playing competitive where one of our team mate who were from their alternate id went to the enemy teams party and started giving of our locations and throwing the whole game.
