Is there a way to level up faster than just playing unranked standard matches?

I'm trying to get my account to level 20 to play ranked and unrated matches are a bit rough without any sort of matchmaking. I feel like I'm missing something to help level. Thank you!

If you have your knife out while casting your fakeout, the decoy will spawn with a default skin of your main weapon, only if you have your weapon equipped while casting it, it will spawn with your weapon cosmetic.
