Ive wanted to buy the Oni Phantom skin for a while now, but I haven's seen it in shop at all. Is there any way to check, or even estimate when it will return?

Not everyone is a god, some people only have time to play a match or two after work.
There's a difference between a comm: "Reyna is A link", "I think they're rotating back to B", "They picked up my OP"...
