I'm nearing completion of my weeklies and had the thought to just not play until the patch releases monday so I can save that chunk of xp for Skye. Then I realized how bad this feels.
I understand bugs happen, but holding off the patch for a tournament I have no interest in sucks even more when the ramifications make me feel like Im losing out by playing the game.

What does the "raw input buffer" setting do?
I've had countless people tell me to turn it on. When I asked why they all said "just do it" and claimed it made them play better. It would be nice to actually know what it does.
