I took a break from valorant for almost a year due to health and other issues. Was very excited to begin again this year but the amount of skill gap I faced in my old rank was tremendous. Even friends who played occasionally but didn't take a long break were on a much higher skill level. My aim and game sense went out of the window for the most part, not to talk about all the game changes and new maps + agents. Add to this the anxiety of wanting to perform as good as your old self.
I feel very discouraged after playing for two weeks and not seeing much progress. Got placed in a rank that is 6 ranks older than my last one, and now can't play competitive with most of my friends.
Wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and if anyone has been able to tackle it.

Why is this the type of behaviour commonly found in Valorant completive queue? This kid was back seat gaming, was called out for not helping and being generally toxic. Could dish it out, but couldn't take it himself. Decided to the throw rest of match. These types of players are all to common.
