I don't know how I'm meant to sit anymore. Every mouse grip feels wrong. My body feels uncomfortable like it belongs to someone else. I have no idea how my desk used to be, does anyone have advice for finding your old comfortable position for everything? It's driving me insane atm

Lag spiking like crazy
Valorant has been spiking randomly recently. Im psure its only val cuz any other game I play this doesnt happen.
