I’ve climbed to gold 1 in 2020 but since then I haven’t climbed above gold 3 and I feel like I haven’t improved. I have little motivation to play and I only play with friends. Are there any tips to get me out of this elo? (tacocat#tacos)

I feel like the entire sentinel class (except for chamber) needs help
Astra and viper have utility that is arguably better at holding areas than any of the sentinels, and the only reason that cypher and killjoy get play is their passive info gathering, and sage gets play because her wall gets value on icebox...
