other than the toxic people in immortal that will literally flame you for hovering over sage, i found the biggest positive is when you're a general support and bank roll/buy your top frag when needed, it boosts morale.
Also, the wall and orbs are SO good when you're taking a site.

Did riot nerfed chamber too hard
When chamber released i loved playing him so much everybody started instalocking him and he had the highest pick rate and since he was too op riot nerfed him and there have been mixed reviews of it well was he overnerfed or perfectly nerfed
