I got my account back 3 hours ago and i changed the mail address, the name, and enabled 2 step verification. Someone was in my account before i changed those, can they acces my account again even though i changed these?

How often do skins/knifes get rotated into the daily shop?
I want to either get the glitch pop knife or the reaver knife but not sure how long it will take for the skins to get into the shop, you guys have any idea? also which one should I get?
