Hey guys! Today I was at school, just doing my usual stuff. In my first period, learned that sitting down can seriously stunt your health and other things. So standing up and/or doing a quick exercise every 20-30 minutes can help yourself from being at these risks. So now whenever I die, I decide to do 10 jumping jacks or a quick lap or so around the room, sometimes, even when during extra time in buy phases, I stand up real quick for a stretch. Also, be sure to check your posture as it can cause back problems. I'm not a serious health person, but I feel as if now more than ever, with many things online, we are sitting down for too much for the human body. Not only does sitting down for long periods of time effect you in the long run, you can actually do worse in game due to your brain being less attentive, as when you are sitting down, less oxygen is going to your brain, causing it to be less attentive. Also, be sure to drink some water to keep yourself attentive to the game and yourself healthy. As a forgetful person, I even set a reminder for posture checks and stretches every 30 minutes but you don't have to go this far. Also, a good posture would be sitting up straight (not slouching/having back curled). Good luck with your games and health to anybody reading this. Recommend to share this with anybody you know that plays Valorant or even any game for many hours straight or even just in general, with virtual school (for some) and such.
