Just turned silver one but seeing gold 3 in lobby’s

So I don’t know if this happens to anyone else but I just turned silver 1 last night and for the last 3 games before rank up I had at least 3 people who were gold and 2 gold 3. Has anyone else have this happen to them cause I’m tired of getting yelled at by a gold 3 when I’m bronze 3

New Rare Crosshair codes?

Does anyone have new rare or unique crosshair codes? a lot of them spawned this patch including the glasses and eyes one. Any new codes will be much appreciated. Thanks!
