Is there a way make the game choose between variations of the same skin? I only have a skin per weapon and I'd really like to find a different variation every match

So i just started and i am lvl 6, trying to learn the game etc. but a lot of the time i have noticed is that people want to surrender if their team is behind. Also getting very mad in coms. What is your end goal here? You are level 100 som...
