Losing Because of Afk Teammates

I don't know if I'm getting seriously unlucky or if this is normal, but I have noticed I get an afk usually about 1 in 3 games. I am Gold 3 At the moment and Whenever I win a game I get an afk the very next game. Any Advice on what to do?
