Lower FPS in combat

Constantly frozen when fighting. My FPS in mid-game will drop and jump continuously (from 90-120fps to 60-90fps).

i3-8130u
MX110 2GB
Ram 8gb DDR3

Low Preset

1152x864 4:3 60hz

Can comp extent the remake option to 5 rounds

The reason I want this is because the team doesn’t know if the afk player is a genuine problem yet by round 2. It’s actually so annoying that we start losing RR because we couldn’t remake

Val elo system is weird

so today I ( ascendant 2) queued against 3 ex immortals and I went 17 - 3 and we won, i was MVP it was a 13 - 1 win I had a 43% headshot rate I was entrying and hard carrying with 3 4k's and I clutched and won us 3 rounds. but i got + 16 rr...
