I tried to make a accurate spreadsheet with statistics of diferent molotovs in the game including side effects duration dps etc. Ill probably make one for smokes and flashes aswell

Does anyone else experience a huge loss streak after being promoted? Why does the algorithm do this?

I have a huge mental barrier that makes me unable to rank up.
