Add a deathmatch map. These maps are not designed for random spawn duels. They are designed for bomb site plants and retakes with abilities. Fix the respawn algorithm, too often you're getting shot in the back or side while 1v1 another play...

It can't be only me who has noticed this. Lots of players just ego peeking, not listening to calls, not making plays, and a whole list of other issues. Not saying that it never used to happen before but this act it's happening a tad bit too...
