I see all of these users with text and a picture of an agent under their name. Like it'll be a picture of Cypher and then something funny like "I never die" or "I see you". Am I missing something or am I just crazy?

I assume not, but I just saw that the game has some Ruination themed skins and I thought they looked badass. Logged in to scoop em up and saw that they arent on sale. Will they ever return?
