I got a new mechanic keyboard yesterday(used membrane until then) and also got a new chair and I feel like I'm playing a whole new game.

How long will it take me to get used to this new setup, I feel like returning my stuff as I can't even aim at still targets (my hand rest is what's annoying me) and my movement saw a huge drop too as I hv never used a mech keyboard before. The thing is I'm having to focus a lot on the keyboard making my right hand limited to free movement thus worsening my aim further.
